We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or helpful product-use guidance.

Returns and Refunds

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

For products that have been opened or lightly used, we may still approve a refund, replacement, or store credit on a case-by-case basis. To help us review your request, we may ask for your order number, photos, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In some cases, we may not require you to mail back an opened product. This will be determined during the return review process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items requested for return more than 30 days after delivery

  • Products that are mostly used or empty

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Returns that appear fraudulent or abusive
